Jul 28, 7. Is Shadowfang really better than Darkwater Talwar? Great guide! That trinket requires you to loot the chest 12 times, and the quest is level 30 or 35, so unless you already have it from long ago, you'll need Pqlly farm 12 chests to unlock AGM and a 13th chest to unlock the heirloom on a higher level toon. Any gear with this next to it means it is grandfathered and is no longer available to players.

If for what ever reasons you see a!? In the guide you will see feet enchantments such as: [Enchant Boots - Boar's Speed].

This guide will be updated as much as possible and I will respond as quickly as possible to replies to this guide. I appreciate those who are taking an interest to the 39 Bracket and especially Paladins. I know you will find your experience with a 39 Twink Paladin most enjoyable! Hopefully this guide will make things easier for new players and those who are coming back from Pre-Shattering! Enjoy the guide and please reply because I love replies. Race There are five options for paladins when choosing what race to play.

For the horde you have two options you must play a Blood Elf or a Tauren. For the alliance you have three options, you must play a Human, Draenei, or a Dwarf. It can silence your enemies or give you that extra mana to get another spell in. This ability is by far very impressive. Tauren War Stomp This ability that the Taurens have is an excellent ability and is very useful. An extra stun can be game breaking as Taurens, it gives you enough time for that extra heal, that extra hit to kill your enemy, or a quick get away.

In any case, this ability is very useful. Human Every Man for Himself This ability is by far one of the alliances most well known and most powerful ability yet to come to PvP.

It allows to you to free up a trinket space for a second trinket. This ability is tremendously good for any Paladin to use. Draenei Gift of the Naaru This ability is quite impressive by itself. This is an easy way to get soft-capped. Dwarf Stoneform This ability has potential. When it comes down to it, choosing your race is a personal preference.

These fun toys make PvP all the more fun! This gives you 70 Haste For some people, they feel the Haste is mandatory. This profession is arguably needed at the 39 bracket. For most people in the 39 Bracket, this is mandatory for FCing.

Skinning - Master of Anatomy this gives you about 1. For DPS, skinning has always been the most common profession to take. But the extra crit is up to you to decide if you need. For DPS, You have two choices. The only reason why I would get Engineering over Skinning is if you plan on using the Bombs.

For Healing, You have three choices. Personally I find myself healing just find without Green Lens of Healing but if you feel that you rather use it then go ahead and pick one of the other two. For Flag Carrying, there's two choices. Even if you don't use the bombs from engineering which is seriously suggest you to do there's a lot of things you can make from engineering that will make FCing easier.

Then you have Mining which gives the extra Survival. Holy : Talent Calculator This build is for Paladins who focus on healing. Best spec for someone who is just focusing on healing in PvP.

It also offers great damage potential from Exorcism and Holy Shock. Other: [Necklace of Calisea]! Other: [Revelosh's Spaulders of the Eagle]! Best in Slot 2: [Underworld Band]! Most of these items are situational, but valuable as well! Macros Here's a list of the current Macro's I use. I usually find a new macro to use about once a week so keep looking at this guide for new macros that I may post. Mrcer , Feb 6, Feb 6, 2. Messages: Likes Received: 0 Trophy Points: Since one xtra Holy Shock for every 5th heal isn't that bad, and it will also give you holy power for word of glory.

It doesn't have a cooldown either, so if your lucky you can get 2 in a row. I Would like to thank you for taking your time to make this guide and helping those who are in need of a paladin guide. Feb 6, 3.

Tips A. Healing As a Paladin Healer, you will notice very quickly that your not able to heal multiple people very fast which may easily cause your teammates to die.

As a Holy Paladin, you have a few Heals: 1. Holy Shock - An instant cast heal that heals for a small amount and grants one Holy Charge 2. Word of Glory - An instant cast heal that heals for small-medium amount depending on your Holy Charges 3. Flash of Light - A fast strong burst of heals at the cost of a lot of mana 4. Holy Light - A slow weak heal that costs hardly any mana Now the hardest thing about playing a Holy paladin is what spells do I use and which ones do I not use.

I will give a clear understanding for any holy paladin to understand which heal cast to use and which one not to use. Holy Shock - Using holy shock is your primary heal and your most valuable heal. There are two primary uses for Holy Shock: A.

Keeping your holy charges at three at all times. In case of an emergency, your going to want a Word of Glory to keep someone alive fast. Using it to heal. Holy Shock doesn't cost a lot of mana, so don't be afraid to heal with it when it's not on CD.

This is your Primary Heal, use it as much as possible. Word of Glory - This is your best heal, so use it wisely. The only time you should ever use Word of Glory is when it's at 3 Charges and someone is in need of a serious heal fast. This will heal for a lot not as much as Flash of Light but it heals for a lot considering it's an instant cast and costs no mana to use. Flash of Light - This is your second primary heal and it's just as valuable as any other heal.

At the cost of a lot of mana, this heal will heal someone quickly and for a lot. I Urge every Holy Paladin to use this heal when ever someone is taking heavy damage.

Warning: The above link to Amazon is for the best book we have read in a long time. All crit focuses on the short time after an opener. See here for a list of known farmable upgrades. This is a helpful article to anyone interested in making a level 19 Paladin twink. That being said, ele is definitely viable with solid burst damage output on top of the usual ghost wolf, and interrupt, and off-heals. There are a few int weapons that have high weapon damage. Most of the time, 3 epic upgrades and 2 parts of the set will be about the same int as the full set - but often with less secondaries.

19 paladin twink guide. specs, gear, and play.

One of the more versatile classes in World of Warcraft WoW , the Paladin is equally suited to multiple roles within a group. Whether or not they are the best tanks in the game is still hotly debated, even to this day and their melee damage capabilities are on par with a Warriors. Couple all of that with the ability to heal and their survivability skyrockets, making them ideal for soloing in the arena.

Paladins possess a variety of potent and useful abilities as well. Paladins have a large and diverse repertoire of abilities that make them useful in almost any situation. This also makes them really fun and interesting to play.

The Paladin has amongst the lowest number of choices of race in the game. They share this aspect with only one other class, the Druid, though the Druid does have at least two choices for faction. This is actually a good thing, because it will make this choice, at least, a simple one: Dwarf, or Human.

Your choice of professions is going to be pretty straightforward and simple. Like just about all Twinks, Paladins will benefits the most from Engineering the most. The creation of some decent pre-BiS gear, as well as a variety of very useful gadgets can only be accessed through it. Make sure you get it early and raise it up as often as possible. Your other profession is also a very important choice, as you will need to decide whether you will try and compliment your engineering, try out something else that augments your Twink even more, or simply try an acquire more money.

Another important factor for Engineering is the access it gives you to some lower level Pre BiS gear. So your additional choices are Blacksmithing and Alchemy, of which the choice is dependant of how you fund your Twink. If your main is a miner, go for Blacksmithing , so that you can level it quickly and get some decent low level leveling gear.

If, on the other hand, you supply your Twink with funds from Herbalism, then go for Alchemy and mitigate the cost of your buff consumables. This is a place for you to seize upon a potential opportunity.

There is one decided advantage to not dealing with cooking at all. Through the course of leveling, particularly for Horde characters leveling in the Barrens where the Beast population is high, you are going to find a lot of materials for recipes. Sounds like a great way to fund that BiS world drop, no? So, as long as you have another character, or player that can make them for you can acquire and use them and you want to use them, as they will restore your max health each time that they are used.

Professions and Skills tend to ride a pendulum between catharsis and boredom and it has a steady rhythm. You will need to find that rhythm, so that you can keep the pendulum in the middle, if you want to cultivate all of the benefits from them you can from them. Such is the way of the Twink. There are few exceptions to this rule, but not many.

What follows is a brief description of your Paladin abilities and some good ways to implement them against your foes and for your allies. Only one Blessing can be active on a given target at a time and other players can only be being effected by one Aura at a time as well. Keep this in mind when choosing how and when to use your abilities. Both have their uses, especially in a pinch. For example, if you are low on health and mana, you could stun your attacker, throw up Divine Protection and them Lay on Hands.

Paladins have many talents that increase the efficacy of their already robust spell set. Fortunately, to a Twink of level 19, there are only three builds that are of concern to you. Your role will be, whether focusing on damage, protection, or healing, largely a support one. The only real nuance is the level of support you want to offer. Use the last three points in Improved Blessing of Might to get a solid bit of damage as well.

Max out both Divine Strength and Divine Intellect to maximize your mana pool and your attack power. These are the most straight forward and popular builds for a level 19 Twink Paladin. They are not the only builds. For gear, the Paladin is much akin to the Warrior in many respects. Their gear is more difficult to come by than most of the other classes and it tends to be more powerful and offer greater protection, especially in the cases when a Mail item is BiS.

You are not going to be able to get it all on your own, so either have an Alt or Main that is wealthy, or make friends quickly. So keep an eye out and when comparing, look for the item that offers an overall balance. This is also true for any weapons you find. Enchantments are always going to be a very important part of a truly maxed out Twink.

Which enchantments are the best for which class and which build are just as important as getting the enchantments in the first place. These are the best enchantments for your BiS equipment, though some slot items may have multiple choices, depending on your play style.

Either way, make sure you get them all. There are a ton of disparate and useful consumables, both short and long term, that are of note to any Twink Paladin. Some entries on this list might be situational, or feel niche, but all have their uses. Great long term buffs that are helpful for long or drawn out conflicts. Remember that only one Battle and one Guardian Elixir can be active at a time. Fortunately, there is only one Battle Elixir of use to a Twink Paladin at this level.

A tried and true staple of adventurers from time immemorial. Keep one or two handy at all times. Never forget that every little bit helps.

You know posses all of the knowledge and wisdom needed to create the perfect level 19 Twink Paladin. How you choose to use this power you have been granted is, of course, your decision, but remember…once you start down the griefer path, forever will it dominate your destiny — consume you it will. Have fun! Which races can even play Paladins? While The Human Spirit will help with health and mana regeneration.

Professions Your choice of professions is going to be pretty straightforward and simple. They mitigate your damage when your low on mana, and give a decided advantage with of CC with their stun effects. You can also use items like the Minor Recombobulator to support allies by countering the CC effects of enemy mages.

This is a great way to meet enchanters as well and you will want to do that, as the best enchantments are what you are going to want for your BiS items when you get that far. Cooked food offers the Well Fed buff and Twinking is all about squeezing every possible buff or boon out of any situation. You need to raise your fishing if you want to make an effective Twink.

Fishing is also a great vary to earn some side funds, especially if you decide to forgo Cooking and sell all of what you catch. Until you can make them, you can purchase them at almost any Trade Goods or Fishing Vendor. Same with the Strong Fishing Pole , which you will also want. It is the only way to release the power of your Seals discussed in buffs and does a pretty decent amount of damage. Adds a significant amount of damage to your attacks along with a burst of damage when released.

Blessings and Auras Only one Blessing can be active on a given target at a time and other players can only be being effected by one Aura at a time as well. It stops all damage to them for 6 seconds, giving them and you the needed time to lay down some healing. It significantly raises the attack power of the target. Really good to pop onto any melee fighters, or Hunters before a fight.

Make sure to cast it before a fight, or right as things start to ramp up and keep reapplying it as needed when you can. This is an especially important buff for you, if you are the healer and for an ally, if you are not the healer. So go make some friends and spread the protection wealth.

Making all of your enemies pay for attack any member of your party is exacting and beautiful. For versatility, map each level of the spell to a different button, so that you can increase your mana efficiency by using only the appropriate level of Holy Light for a given situation.

When your close to out of mana and a friend is low on health, use this spell and take all but a Warrior back to full health. This is particularly useful in situations where you have or are an alternate healer.

Removes poison and disease. Not much else use in PvP at this level. Talents Paladins have many talents that increase the efficacy of their already robust spell set. Gear For gear, the Paladin is much akin to the Warrior in many respects.

Elixirs Great long term buffs that are helpful for long or drawn out conflicts. Particularly useful if multiple party members are in need of healing at the same time you are. Potions A tried and true staple of adventurers from time immemorial. Keep as many handy as you can and use them carefully. Restoring both mana and health at the same time is always a good thing. You may want to use it yourself, or give it to a weaker party member who is more likely to be targeted.

Then again, you can always just rez them. Not doing so is just leaving mana by the poolside. Minor Wizard Oil : Stacks with enchantments and adds to your Judgment damage. Get it. You can easily get the ingredients as well at the AH.
